Tenets
As Aviators, we act through the 3 tenets of ZZA that guided its inception and realization:
Rowdy Boys Only
Detentioners Only
Aviators Only
Under these guiding principles, we strive to look to the stars and keep walking, encouraging a hopeful and righteous spirit of Rowd among all who have within them the spark.
Symbols
Our Brotherhood is represented by its Arms, featured above, bearing the gold Wings with Motto and Zeta encircled, the Four-Count White Stars on gold, the Two-Count Gold Flashes and Zeta Sigil on blue, and the Crossed Swords overlaid. Our Wings are displayed separately below.
Our Motto
Our motto is “Tufore, tufore!” which, roughly translated from the Latin, means: “To live defiantly”.
Its meaning to the Fraternity and the origin of its usage are revealed during initiation.
Our Colors
Our Colors are aviator’s blue and yellow ochre, with white and red accents.
In singular color representation, our color is lavender.
Our Flowers
Our Flowers are the moonflower and the pansy.
